Framing your print

How a work is framed shapes how it lives in your space. IRID prints are available framed in three finishes — white, black and raw oak — each a clean, contemporary profile chosen to complement the photography rather than compete with it.

Choosing a finish

• White keeps the presentation light and gallery-like, ideal for bright, minimal interiors.

• Black adds definition and works beautifully with monochrome and high-contrast images.

• Raw oak brings natural warmth and suits landscape and organic subjects.

Conservation framing

Framed works are finished to conservation standard: acid-free mounts and UV-protective glazing that guards the print against fading while keeping the image crisp. This protects both the artwork and its long-term value.

Prefer to frame it yourself?

Unframed prints are supplied ready to frame in standard sizes, so they fit readily available off-the-shelf frames or your own framer’s work. We recommend acid-free mounting and UV glazing for any archival print.

Caring for a framed work

Hang away from direct sunlight and keep temperature and humidity stable. Dust the glazing gently with a dry, lint-free cloth. Cared for well, an archival print will hold its depth and colour for generations.
