Shipping

Every IRID print is made to order and shipped with care. Unframed prints ship worldwide; framed prints ship within Australia only, as glass and framing are fragile over long international transit. All Australian prices include GST.

Australian shipping (GST inclusive)

  • Unframed prints (under 3 kg): $19.95 flat rate.

  • Framed prints (under 5 kg): $29.95.

  • Framed prints (5–15 kg): free shipping.

International shipping

We ship unframed prints worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout by weight and destination. Any import duties or taxes are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Framed prints are available to Australian addresses only.

Processing and dispatch

As each work is produced to order, please allow 5–10 business days for printing, quality checking and framing before dispatch. You will receive tracking once your order ships. Delivery is sent with signature on receipt.

Packaging

Unframed prints are rolled in an archival tube or shipped flat for larger sizes. Framed works are boxed with reinforced corners and protective wrapping to arrive gallery-ready.

Returns and damage

Limited-edition artworks

Because every piece is a signed, numbered limited edition produced to order, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns. Please choose carefully — our team is glad to help with sizing, edition and framing questions before you buy.

Damaged in transit

If your work arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the piece. We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund at no cost to you.

Faulty or incorrect items

Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty or not what you ordered, we will make it right.
